Our teachers are required to complete a physical examination, undergo a Level II background check, and obtain CPR and first aid certifications. They must also earn a CDA credential or higher and effectively implement our Funshine curriculum, CACFP program requirements, and other key standards.

Through sponsorship, we proudly offer scholarships to support our teachers in pursuing degrees in education, certifications in real estate, CNA/nursing qualifications, and cosmetology. Additionally, teachers can benefit from exclusive discounts for their children's enrollment in our program, demonstrating our commitment to their personal and professional growth.

DCF requires a Level II Background Check. KCA is equipped with onhand hardware and software to provide employees with a direct submission to FDLE.
